Where’s fall?

I was feeling snacky after all of my grading so I decided to us my surprise box of Kashi cereal as a snack. I used about 1/4 of the little bag and combined it with about 1/4 c. of Okios and a drizzle of agave.

While it’s all fall-ish and cold in most of the US, here in Florida it’s as hot as summer so Carl decided to take advantage of it and grill out tonight.

For dinner we had Jenny-O turkey burgers, veggies (sweet potato, onions, carrots, red pepper) and asparagus with onions and garlic (in the aluminum foil)

The sauce on the side is a concoction that Carl came up with using Okios, datil pepper sauce, and Wickles pickles that he put into the food processor. It was yummy and great for dipping.

For dessert we had the remainder of our pistachio pudding with whipped cream combo
