When your training schedule calls for 5 miles and you only have time for 2.5 miles…do the 2.5 miles. I promise you’ll be glad that you did!

    Good for you!! Totally agree – it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Adjust according to whatever life brings you each day. 🙂
